At Beautdrmobility, we are committed to providing quality Spanish language instruction. We understand that finding the right learning approach is important, and we want you to feel confident in your decision to study with us.

This Return Policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law and your consumer rights in Australia. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return Period

Due to the service nature of our Spanish language courses, return and refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:

  • Individual Sessions: Cancellation and refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time
  • Monthly Packages: Refund requests for unused sessions must be made within 7 days of enrollment or the start of the billing period
  • Course Materials: Digital materials that have been accessed or downloaded are generally not eligible for return

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may have additional rights if our services fail to meet consumer guarantees, regardless of the time limits stated above.

Refund Eligibility and Conditions

Due to the nature of our Spanish language courses as a service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following guidelines:

Individual Sessions

For single session purchases:

  • Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future session
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for refund
  • No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refund

Monthly Packages

For monthly subscription packages:

  • Refunds for unused sessions may be available within the first 7 days of enrollment
  • After 7 days, packages are non-refundable but may be paused or cancelled for future billing periods
  • Unused sessions do not carry over to subsequent months unless explicitly stated in your package terms
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request for your Spanish language course enrollment:

  2. Provide Information: Include your enrollment details, order number (if applicable), and reason for the return or refund request
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 5 business days and may contact you for additional information if needed
  4. Decision Notification: We will notify you of our decision via email
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase

For services that fail to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will work with you to provide appropriate remedies, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or compensation.

Return Shipping Costs

As our Spanish language courses are primarily digital services delivered online, there are typically no physical products to return and no shipping costs involved. However:

  • If you have received physical materials as part of your course package, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a failure to meet consumer guarantees
  • If we have sent you incorrect materials or materials that do not meet the description, we will cover all return shipping costs
  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, if goods or services fail to meet consumer guarantees, we are responsible for any costs associated with returning them

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending a scheduled session:

  • Contact us immediately to report the issue
  • We will work to resolve the problem or reschedule your session at no additional charge
  • Sessions missed due to technical issues on our end will be rescheduled or refunded
  • Issues on the student side may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our Spanish language instruction. If you are not satisfied with your learning experience:

  • Discuss your concerns with your instructor or contact our support team
  • We will work with you to address any issues with teaching methods or materials
  • Alternative instructors or adjusted learning plans may be available
  • We value your feedback and use it to continuously improve our courses

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment or individual sessions under the following conditions:

Before Service Commencement

  • If you cancel before any services have been provided, you are entitled to a full refund
  • Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after enrollment
  • We will process full refunds for cancellations made before the first scheduled session

Individual Sessions

  • You may cancel or reschedule individual sessions by providing at least 48 hours notice
  • Cancellations made with 24-48 hours notice may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are generally not eligible for refund, but may be rescheduled at our discretion
  • No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refund or rescheduling

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with appropriate advance notice as specified in your enrollment agreement
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds for unused portions may be available within the first 7 days of enrollment

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds under our standard policy:

  • Digital course materials that have been accessed, downloaded, or used
  • Completed or attended sessions
  • Administrative or processing fees, where applicable and disclosed at the time of purchase
  • Special promotional packages or discounted rates, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms

Important: Under the Australian Consumer Law, if any of these items fail to meet consumer guarantees (for example, if digital materials are defective or services are not provided as described), you may still be entitled to remedies including refund, replacement, or compensation, regardless of this policy.

Modifications to Services

Beautdrmobility reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or materials as needed. In such cases:

  • We will notify enrolled students of significant changes in advance
  • Students will have the option to continue with modifications or receive a refund for unused sessions
  • We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your learning

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us to discuss your options. We will review each situation individually and work to find a fair solution.

Refund Process

Once your refund request has been approved:

  • We will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed
  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method

For refunds required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will process them promptly and cover any reasonable costs you have incurred.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy operates alongside your rights under Australian consumer protection law:

  • Australian Consumer Law: Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, refund, or compensation
  • Consumer Guarantees: We guarantee that our services will be:
    • Of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose
    • Provided with due care and skill
    • Provided within a reasonable time (if no time was specified)
    • Match any description or sample we provided
  • Major Failures: If there is a major failure with our services, you may be entitled to reject the service and receive a full refund, or keep the service and receive compensation for any reduction in value
  • Non-Major Failures: For non-major failures, we may offer to repair or replace the service, or provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
